Halloween is right around the corner, and I am still on the fence about a costume post. For now please enjoy my dark, yet lovely sultry night time look. I love a reason to have a theme almost as much as I love to mix prints. So in the spirit of all things Halloween and fabulous , I derived this look.I layered a waist belt as a neck scarf with my blinged out choker from @fashionablynotpressed (IG name-DM the page to purchase). For a hint of sexy I opted out of a dull blouse and donned my black bralette ($5, shop here) . To incorporate a bit of trend and combat the chilly evenings, I grabbed my two-toned velvet blazer from Lord Logan. As a young black business woman, I hope to use my platform to support others like me.The Lord Logan brand is black owned and makes exquisite modern yet minimal styled pieces here in the USA. The attention to tailoring really helps this brand stand above others on the market. The darting in the back of the jacket really accentuates my frame and minimizes the waist.Shop their Velvet -Crush Blazer here or shop the whole site www.itslordlogan.com .Head over to the IG page @itslordlogan to peek their 2017 collection debuted at Small Boutique Fashion Week.Regular flared pants don't flatter me that much but the asymmetrical hem iteration is right up my alley.Shop mine here for $19, I missed the ones Zara had by a few months. For just a hint of luxe sexiness, I layered my fishnets (Roses discount store, $2) under my pants which also accentuated and uplifted the dazzling design in my Rupert Sanderson pumps($55, www.therealreal.com the big sale).
