As much as I love to mix prints, I am also quite fond of a good monochromatic look. Olive khaki can be found in pretty much every silhouette available--from bombers, sweatshirts, dresses, chinos, shoes, hats, overcoats and the list goes on . I love olive as well as summer country nights so I meshed the to together for this fashion fete. Coastal Couture boutique in Leland , NC sells this amazingly tailor-fitted Olive Jumpsuit for only $39.99. With split sleeves, gold grommet details at the neckline and waist, pockets, and a darted waist you will catch glances from everywhere and everyone! The jumpsuit has a lot of stretch which hugs where needed and the material is thick enough to camouflage and smooth all imperfections. My clear box bag was a steal for only $17 from Romwe.com. I also got my earrings from there last year, but they are currently sold out (sorry). I kept the khaki theme strong by pairing my jumpsuit with my barely there strappy sandals from Missguided.I got them last year as well (I know, boo! ), so these are sold out.You can shop a similar look here for $24.00.They also have free shipping for a limited time so don't miss out. Check out www.coastalcoutureboutique.com and if you see anything you like including this jumpsuit, use code 'COWGIRL' to get an additional 10% off!

Earlier this week I gave a bit of cold shoulder action , but I'm taking it a bit further and exposing all of them shoulders and clavicle bone! My amazing off the shoulder faux sleeve tie up blouse was a deal at only $17.99 from Romwe.com. I was so excited to get this blouse and my brain was buzzing with so many ways to wear it. I wanted to keep the color palette cool, so I paired my new fave blouse with these super cute faux suede olive flares from GoJane.com. I lucked up and got them for $4.95 and they had free shipping that day as well ( I'm such a bargain finder , right? *pats self on the back). I had originally only gotten them because they were so cheap and olive is such a great color, but when they arrived I wasn't sold on them. Inspired by Zara's black flare pants, I grabbed the scissors and cut a nice little triangle out of the front and they instantly became my new pair of summer sexy go-to pants. The hem of the pants call for a flat or short heel , so I pulled out my leather stacked heel sandals from Zara. They are from about 2 summers ago and this is the first time I am wearing them. They were another one of my 'got them because they were cheap' purchases. They were originally $119, but I snagged them for $19.99 at the wee end of Zara's semi annual sale.I live for a good deal as I am sure you may already know if you frequent my blog. Speaking of deals, let me inform you of my new destination for discounted luxury goods. I was minding my business on Facebook, and an add pops up for therealreal.com.I clicked it and now I'm obsessed! They feature brand new and gently used authenticated designer brands like Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Givenchy, and Christian Louboutin, just to name a few at upwards of 80% off retail! My bamboo Gucci bullet bag (from the Tom Ford era of Gucci), which originally retailed for $1,400, was now about to be mine for $385 with 20% off. I gave no second thoughts and added it to my cart so fast and checked out in less than 2 minutes flat. If that is still steep for your budget, no worries they offer a finance plan where you can break down the price into monthly payments as well. Are you sold yet? Well if not, more for me. Accessories: Sunglasses -Amazon.com (Celine inspired) $4 Bangles- thrifted Earrings-$3.80 Romwe.com My top and pants are still available here are the links http://www.gojane.com/112351.html http://www.romwe.com/Off-The-Shoulder-Faux-Sleeve-Tie-Striped-Top-Blue-p-168135-cat-670.html This post is coming to you courtesy of the fab stylings of Black Russian Label. Located in Arizona, this couture label is lit!! Word of caution : this is not your everyday style! From funky prints to asymmetrical cuts they are serving fierce. Olive (I love) a good challenge and a great fun piece so this styling their Parisian Nights dress was a dream. When I shot this look it was still a bit chilly so I layered a white button down underneath. For a touch of mod , I stepped into my black Public Desire Perspex boots ($50).Accessories were kept minimal, but that was because they were bold, like me.My gold , which I stole from my mom complimented my wonderful rope statement necklace courtesy of Chanelsyles.com .I have been in a hat mood lately so my straw pom pom hat from BCBG.com last year on sale for $32(sold out). That is the most I ever spent on a hat.I am a cheapskate, by trade yet I do not regret this purchase. When I tell you I love this dress, I mean I Loooove this dress!! This is no ordinary fly by night brand. Their pieces are made with quality materials as tailoring. Did I mention this dress has pockets!!! Pockets just make everything better, whether for use or aesthetics pockets on a dress is always top on my list.If you are a lover of risqué fashion head over to www.blackrussianlabel.com and check out all they have to offer! I know I hadn't posted in a while , I was sooooo overwhelmed with shooting so many looks and enjoying my birthday (4/15) that I just didn't have time.I also had to register my sweet 5 year- old baby for Kindergarten today *insert tsunami of tears. So let's just say I had a lot of adulating going on.If adulting doesn't consume me again I'll be posting again Friday.Stay fab! |
