Sooooo you remember when I said I was taking a break? ........I lied! lol Guess who's back like they never left? (cuz they never left) Saturday morning I woke up early to give my hair some much needed TLC.I got my hair done professionally and got a blow out; the first in over 2 years. My last salon experience ended in my hair being heat damaged leading to multiple chops and weave and recent wig convert/believer , hence all the weave and wigs. My hair has finally recovered from the traumatic experience and so have I. There is a saying that if you look good , you will feel good. Let me just tell y'all when I got out of that salon chair and saw my hair I was like "new me. who dis?". Honestly I think part of my previous exhaustion came from my hair not being done, because the rejuvenation I felt Saturday was incredible! I felt so good I headed to the mall, everybody was bout to see this damn hair, okay! I usually don't buy anything in the mall , I just like for people to see my cute outfit. Is that shallow? Probably so, but you got to understand I live in a rural area so when I go somewhere I have to travel at least 40 minutes.I HAVE TO BE SEEN !! So anyway, I drag my daughter and stepson into Forever 21 because apparently they are having some huge sale.I'm not gonna lie, Forever 21's selection has been less than blah to me for years.Needless to say, I went in twice that day and got about ten pieces. They still are not all that though *side eye , but do you like my sweater? lol I grabbed my top on sale from Forever 21 this weekend for $2, yes two dollaz! They had 65% off the lowest sales price. Can you say 'buying things I don't need?';that would be an understatement.I got 10 pieces but they were less than $35 so I think that is a win. Shop these striped Gucci inspired knits by clicking each pic! I know I have avoided the question, like 'Why are you here? You 'posed to be on break!'. Well I took Saturday off and by doing so I had me time, family time, bae time, and I cleaned my whoooole house on Sunday. I was all rested up by 4pm Sunday. It turns out I didn't need 2 weeks off from the blog , only 2 days. Don't judge me. The blog has become a part of me and I enjoy doing it. Like, I love it! I love sharing my life with you guys! *que the aawwwwwwws.Blogging helps me forget how dreadful my work days are and makes me feel fulfilled. Speaking of dreadful, did I mention when I was in the mall I kept smelling the most horrid smell. Apparently my angel of a daughter (I'm Lying) was compelled to disrespect her glitter shoes by prancing through animal poop at the park while I was getting my hair 'did'.Side note : I told hubs to make sure she had her 'play shoes' on at the park. These men aint loyal and neither are these kids. Back to blogging, a co-worker told me I was not Jamaican if I quit one of my ten jobs, little did they know I couldn't help myself and planned a post anyway lol *proceeds to dutty wine and evil laugh. So when I get overwhelmed again, I will just post less. Stopping completely is not a option, well it might be. I had to beg hubs to take my pics. Do not, I repeat, do not turn your husband into your photographer. They will use it as leverage. I have been reduced to swapping sweet nothings (in his big ears) for a blog shoot, I'm only kidding...kinda. Shop the rest of my look below.I lucked up and found my speedy at a thrift store for $15.I am clearly 'chosen' by God.You can try your luck on www.therealreal.com . Click each pic to shop each piece When I ran up into Forever21 and forced my daughter and stepson in my retail habit, I immediately spotted this cute lil sweater and its Gucci inspired contrast striping.I said to myself 'OOOh I can wear this with my pants from Zara!'.The crop sweater compliments the high waist of the pants and the red stripe perfectly coordinates and makes the ensemble look as if I bought it together. The silhouette of these amazing pants really give me a retro vibe with modern twist. Please note, I have not been doing any squats in the past month. The pants are just tight in the cheek area, but I am bout to get thick on yall.I ordered the XS because the Small from Zara is always too big.As you can see, these pants are tailored to perfection and flatter my mid section well. The hat, well you know I'm extra lol. My 'look back' game is something serious. I will be twerking it up in Charlotte all weekend for CIAA for my girls and the hubs.If I am not too drunk, I will try to capture some shots of my best baddies and make a post about it.Last time I went to CIAA it didn't end well.I threw up in the uber, the club and slept through the club experience waking up to hear my friend fussing a guy out.It was epic! lol Stay tuned...
p.s.I only threw up because I hate Vodka and we my friend didn't have any food at her house.I'm bringing my own food this time! lol

£2 😩 Lunch doesn't even cost £2 these days. £15 for the bag my goodness. You are incredibly lucky with your bargain finds. Haha I know the feeling of being all dressed and making sure the whole world sees you. How I out know you are going to get drunk before the event is funny. Just don't be pucking in anyone's uber.
