I have been jamming to Solange's new album, A seat at the Table, like many over the weekend. Amidst all of the social unrest , it's great to hear positive tunes promoting unapologetic blackness. Being the proud black girl I am , I am sharing a little of my #blackgirlmagic in a fly girl type of way.
I have been doing my part to uplift my community from within by supporting more black owned businesses more specifically black women as I am black business woman myself. Living in North Carolina which is not known too much for it's fashion I really like to expose Carolina businesses to my audience as well. I had been searching for some head wraps and came across a Brand called Shop Fe-Line . Not only was it black-owned, but had genuine African wax prints, and is owned and operated locally in Fayetteville, NC.I am rocking the studded VESTA headwrap ($27, shop here).Check out their full selection of head wraps here. Not only do they have prints, but also a wide selection of solid fall color wraps. Stay tuned for Friday's post where I will be sporting one.I say on estimate I received my wraps within 1-2 weeks and the quality is really amazing as you can hopefully see from the pics.
