I'm putting my game face on this week. I have a lot going on and a little time to do it! I have a special top secret project I will be working on Friday so stay tuned for my IG stories this weekend. Look at me wishing my week away , oh well that's what happens when you are a weekend girl (sings "and I don't have time on the weekday"). You guys my days have been pretty jam packed lately! I am still posting from work, trying to respond to a boatload of emails, think of creative visions for the blog and now I have added a work out routine. To combat my couch potato syndrome, when I get off work I am walking on my lunch break. This is also when I am wrapping up my blog post, posting on IG, and finding time to eat.I'm so thankful my lunch is an hour long.If you follow my IG stories, you may have seen me walking it out.My job is near a nice vineyard and there is also a nice secluded road which is where I walk.I thought the trail was a mile long, but co-worker told me it's almost two miles! So I am walking roughly 6-10 miles a week now my body is starting to reap the benefits.Look at my baby abs y'all!! So I am breaking a sweat and posting on the blog and the same time then I stretch and run to find food from any and everywhere, which includes my co-workers.They secretly love giving me food.I know they do. I have been sitting on this cute brogues since February.I really wanted to do a V-day post with them but me and these shoes had a falling out. They were almost on my Poshmark closet.I wore these one time to the mall, trying to be cute (or watevs) and two hours later I was limping like a dog who just got its hind legs hit by a car.It was tragic. My heels were effen destroyed. As luck would have it, I saw a vid on IG of a lady putting deodorant on her heels to combat blistering. As funny as it seemed, it worked miracles! Say hello to my new 'mall walkers' everyone. My dress is from Romwe and I got it almost a year ago, I was able to find some great options at Asos for under $25.As for my fanny pack. It's crossbody bag (Zara, old) I wrapped around my waist and boom, instant fanny-ing. I am a naturalista and have been one for almost 8 or 9 years and have had plenty of styles. The best hair I have ever worn comes from Glamour House of Hair housed in Detroit and is .They offer natural textured hair as well as high quality tresses of many straighter and looser curl patterns.I usually wear the Russian Radiance 24", but as April was my b-day month I decided to get extra.I am wearing 3 bundles of the Indian Natural Wave that I made into a u-part wig.I dyed the hair natural black to match my hair.Their hair only comes in natural because it comes direct from the source , raw and not chemically altered. As a 4chair hair, the tightest curl pattern of them all, shrinkage is always an issue for me especially as the southern heat and humidity rise.To keep my natural hair silky straight and not heat damaged, I use the E'tae natural hair system. It's a simple 3- step system to naturally and temporarily loosen the hairs texture so as to use less heat for straighter styles. It's a but pricey, but trust me it works! I had already been outside for an hour when these pics were taken so you be the judge. I'm feeling pretty confident in my new workout and as long as I have to work (for the man) I will continue my routine.I may cut it down to three days because I received an alarming call from my mom.She called me to express her concern over my weight and decided to give me the run down on anorexia and bulimia. While those diseases are no laughing matter, my mom really is.Like, I just can't even with her.She had to nerve to say my neck was way too skinny.I was literally raised by Joanne the Scammer. While most of us know how moms do I can pretty much pinpoint why she has decided to come for me.It's because I still haven't put her weak crafts on my blog.GET YOUR OWN BLOG MA!!!! So anybody up for adding some movement in their day? All it takes is getting off them cakes....uuuuummmmm caaaaakkkkeeessss *Homer Simpson voice. If you are reading this when I just posted, then just know it's my lunch time and I am getting my work out on, posting on IG, and trying not to sweat out my edges.Yea I know, I know what a superwoman! lol
Always remember summer bodies are made whenever you want them.It doesn't take a whole strenuous sweat dripping workout if you monitor your intake and try to incorporate exercise in your daily routine.*heads to Taco Bell...for a veggie
